שער הכניסה לג'רני ~ סדנה מרגשת מגוונת ודינמית – חיבור לעצמנו דרך הגוף, הקול, התנועה, הנשימה, השירה, חיבור לאחרים דרך שיתופים ומפגשים, הנחת כוונה אישית למסע.

REBIRTHING – מסע נשימה מעגלית – בהנחיית סופי כהן אלון ובתמיכה של 30 מטפלים.
סדנת נשימה עוצמתית ועמוקה. הנשימה מאפשרת לנו לפגוש את הרגשות שלנו, לשחרר תקיעויות וחסימות, ולפתוח המון אנרגיית חיים ותחושת חופש וחיבור.
** הסשן יאפשר מסע עמוק וחזק או מסע עדין בהתאם לרצון של כל משתתף ולהכרות שלו עם עבודת נשימה

הנקודה בג'רני שהיא המעבר אל תוך השבת. הקקאו יתמוך בפתיחת הלב והשירה תיקח אותנו למרחב חגיגה של אחדות ותחושת בית שהוא היכל קדושה שכולנו מחזיקים ביחד

בשבת בבוקר כשכולנו פתוחים – נעמיק את המסעות האישיים שלנו בסדנה שתשלב תנועה (בליווי מוסיקלי של DJ YONDER) דרך האלמנטים אדמה (גוף), מים (רגש), אויר (תודעה) ואש (רצון)

An ecstatic party ~ starts with a short introduction and we dive into the dance without words

A pleasant awakening ~ Yin Yoga – guided by Daniela Gachtman

REBIRTHING – a circular breathing journey – led by Sufi Cohen Alon and supported by 30 therapists
A powerful and deep breathing workshop. Breathing allows us to meet our emotions, release blockages and open up life energy and a sense of freedom and connection
The session will allow a deep and strong journey or a gentle journey according to the desire of each participant and his familiarity with breathwork

Integration session – empathetic listening and vocal expression – led by Uria Tsur and Liya Haim
Processing the content that came up in the rebirthing journey through vocal expression and deepening in empathic listening.

The point in Journey that is the transition into Shabbat. The cocoa will support the opening of the heart and the singing will take us to a space of celebration of unity and a sense of home which is a sacred hall that we all hold together.

On Saturday morning when we are all open – we will deepen our personal journeys in a workshop that will combine movement (with musical accompaniment by DJ YONDER) through the elements earth (body), water (emotion), air (consciousness) and fire (will)

A session to process the journey through heart sharing and deep listening

The paradise party at the end of the journey ~ the icing on the cake, the time to ride on the magic frequency we have created together in these 3 days
